Ronnie Marquez
FOUNDER
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ronnie Marquez is fueled by his passion for helping his clients- SMEs and Business Professionals- develop their leadership skills and find tailored-fit solutions to their business challenges. His greatest fulfillment is to see his clients’ business grow and becomes sustainable.
Ronnie is part of the World-Class Coaches, Speakers, and Trainers
Certified by The Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. He was mentored and trained by John C. Maxwell and his faculty of teachers and coaches. He was certified in 2018 in Florida, USA. Later, in 2019 he also received the Maxwell DiSC Trainer and Consultant Certificate.
He is the founder and the Managing Director of Archon Ph. To help more business owners, he also leads and manages a referral marketing business community in BNI Philippines. As Regional Director, he oversees and supports 200+ business owners in this community in the MNL CBD Region (Makati to Muntinlupa).
Leah Fatima Barbosa
Director
Human Resource Development Solutions
Leah Fatima Barbosa has been in Human Resources Development and Consulting for 17 years. She has a double degree in BS Human Resource Management: BS Psychology and AB Guidance and Counseling. She is a Cum Laude from St. Scholastica’s College.
What she loves to do is developing training programs for companies and consulting for Human Resources Solutions, like KPI and Performance Management, Strategic Planning, and team building.
She has been conducting and facilitating team-building programs, leadership training, and strategic planning for companies.
Garfield "GARY" M. Espejo
Director
SALES and MARKETING
Garfield M. Espejo, or “Gary”, as he is known to most people, is an accomplished and seasoned business executive with both domestic and international experience in sales & marketing, business operations, business development, organizational development, and P&L Management in Multiple Industries and Multinational Organizations.
A BS Accounting Graduate by Education, he was fascinated by the Concept and Art of Sales, Including Marketing, at the onset of his career, which led him to a career journey of learning, discovery, and sharing which afforded him the opportunity to move up the ranks from a Liaison Officer, to General Manager, to C-Level Positions, and eventually establish his own business
He is also a Detail and Results Oriented strategic leader, mentor, and trainer with proven success in new market/s identification, business turnarounds, and development of strategic growth initiatives for Organizations and Industries covering Real Estate, Telecommunications, Market Research, Energy/Power Generation, Mobile Devices & Gadgets, FMCG, and Media Publications.
He is an Innovative and Visionary Leader who seeks to inspire and empower others, embrace challenges, and drive positive change as needed.
Enrique Gabriel
Director
Technology Solutions
Enrique Gabriel has 34 years of experience in the technology and telecoms business. He has led several companies as an executive and solution architect. He joined Archon Ph to provide technical solutions advisory and programs to help SMEs.
Enrique is a licensed Electronics Engineer and graduated Cum Laude from one of the top Colleges in the Philippines. He is a certified Project Management Professional with vast experience in project management and implementation.
For Archon Ph, he heads the technical and technology solutions services. He provides advisory and consulting services to SMEs that require his technical expertise. He engaged with our clients who are into CCTV, Solar Power services, IT, Telecoms, and other technology-focus organization
