That’s why we’ve created “Project Accountability” in the MNL CBD Region. This project aims to raise awareness of the value of accountability. Every Chapter is encouraged to have a Network Education moment on this topic during their Chapter Meetings.
One way to create accountability in an organization is to establish cycle meetings. As part of the project, the LT Roundtable leads presented the process of conducting the monthly LT meeting and the set agenda. Every LT is held accountable and encouraged to attend all sessions for the term. If they can’t participate, they must send a substitute, one of their deputies.
Here are some of the benefits of having consistent LT Meetings:
– Increased ownership and responsibility
– Higher motivation and productivity
– Better outcomes
– Identification of areas for improvement
– Promotion of a culture of continuous learning and growth
As a result, when everybody in the Chapter understood the value of accountability, participation in doing the Five (5) Fundamentals increased. Eventually, it will create the results we want for the Chapter: to increase their business referrals for the members- we call TYFCB (Thank You for Your Close Business).
